Smokey Mountain fall foliage drenched our honeymoon with stunning colors sixty-four years ago. Yesterday, baffling images swirled around me as I celebrated this  anniversary without my partner. Five years of dates before uttering those famous words, “I do” contain many precious memories also.

Through out the years we watched leaves turn from green, to yellows and reds and always declared fall the best season. Today, he would love the stunning shimmering reds filling the view out my apartment window. Never the less, through the years, as soon as spring flowering trees burst into bloom we always declared, “spring is the best.

I eagerly anticipate holding Zero Meridian, Five Degrees North (Rodney’s biography) in my hands before Christmas. Not surprisingly the stories contain many adventuring memories.You can be sure I will announce to the world when it is published.
